Terms of service

Delivery

Orders received by 1pm will be shipped the same day (Monday-Friday). If you would like to receive something urgently, please select ’Next Day’ shipping. At exceptionally busy times your oder might take slightly longer to be dispatched. In this case we will contact you to let you know.

UK Delivery

We use Evri for UK deliveries, and offer a choice between ‘Standard’ or ‘Next Day*’ delivery. You will receive a tracking link via email, so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

*Please note, ‘Next Day’ services are not always available to all locations. We will let you know if this is the case.

International Delivery

If you live outside the UK, please contact us hello@modify.london to find out if we can ship to your location. Please note, international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Modify. Modify is unable to refund any additional duties, fees, or import taxes. Any delays at customs are unfortunately beyond our control.

Shipping Prices

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your parcel and your delivery location. 


Pre-orders

Pre-orders are shipped once the items arrive with us, and we aim to send regular updates about timings. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been sent.

If you order other items with your pre-order, then we will wait and send everything together, in order to make efficient use of postage and packaging.


Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 28 days of receiving them:

  • Email us at hello@modify.london to let us know you are returning something 

  • Ideally use the same packaging for your return and include your name and order number so we can identify you

  • Returned items must be in a condition suitable for re-sale

  • We will issue you with a refund for the full value (minus any postage fees)

  • Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged


Cancellations

If you change your mind and would like to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund the value of your order. If items have already shipped, then we are unable to cancel your order, but you may return it to us as detailed above.

Payments

We use Stripe, a secure on-line payment gateway to collect and process transaction information. Further information about how Stripe protects your information can be found here.
